Like almost all magic shops around the world, we do not accept returns except where the reason for returning the item is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act. The reason being that in purchasing a magic product you are also purchasing a secret, and once that secret is learned, it cannot be returned.
So make sure that you are 100% happy with your order before clicking "Confirm Order".
Please choose carefully when purchasing at Magic & More as we are unable to exchange products once you've received your order, unless we have sent you the wrong product, or where your request to exchange is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.
If you think you have a case for a genuine exchange request then please contact us first before sending your order back to us as it will be returned to you if we are not notified prior to the return. In all cases Proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange.
Magic & More's warranty policy covers our products for 30 days from the purchase date. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear is not covered by our warranty policy.
If you feel that your purchase has a fault that is covered under warranty please contact us, including as much detail as possible (including a photo of the issue if possible or applicable) so that we can assess the problem and advise you of a solution.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, we have the right to repair, replace or a refund you for the product. Certain products sold by Magic & More are incredibly delicate, easily broken, or destroyed or intentionally broken during their use, and these products will not be repaired, replaced or refunded.
Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers being misled, intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the sale and promotion of goods and services. However, due to the secretive nature of the magic industry, some discretion must be exercised when reading the description of magic products, as the description may describe the perceived magic effect from a spectators point of view, when the magic effect is performed correctly. Do not expect your magic purchase to allow you to perform 'real' magic, and do not be surprised that you may need to practise.
